AnnCollection.__getitem__(index)[source]#

Lazily subset the collection.

Parameters:
index Index

An Index along observations and variables, as for AnnData.

Returns:

A view that only loads data from the underlying objects when accessed. Use its to_adata method to get an AnnData object.
