AnnData.__sizeof__(*, show_stratified=False, with_disk=False)

Get the size of the object’s data in bytes.

sys.getsizeof() calls this with the default arguments.

Parameters:

show_stratified bool

Print the size of each non-empty element (X, obs, layers, …).

with_disk bool

Count arrays backed on disk with their full size instead of the size of their in-memory handles.

Return type:

int
