Write annotation to .csv files.
It is not possible to recover the full AnnData from
these files. Use write() for this.

- dirname
PathLike Name of directory to which to export.
- skip_data
bool (default: True) Skip the data matrix X.
- sep
str (default: ',') Separator for the data.
